We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated female accounting professional with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience to join our team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site position requires working the night shift and involves managing various accounting tasks to ensure accurate financial record-keeping and smooth client interactions. The ideal candidate will have experience with international clients and possess strong communication skills in English, along with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage routine account administration and maintain accurate financial records.
- Record and categorize financial transactions accurately.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Prepare invoices, bills, payment entries, and expense records.
- Maintain accurate general ledger and financial records.
- Assist with monthly account reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Handle client queries professionally and provide clear support.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain required financial documents and information.
- Review financial data for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation of accounting processes and records.
- Support the accounting team with other finance-related tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of practical accounting experience.
- Experience in account administration.
- Exposure to working with international clients.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Professional and confident communication skills when dealing with clients.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
