Accounts Executive (Female Preffered)

We are seeking a motivated Accounts Executive with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and practical experience in managing daily financial transactions. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time and requires the candidate to work on-site with a willingness to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately within the accounting system.
- Prepare and process supplier invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor ledgers to ensure accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities efficiently.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support management decisions.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports to aid financial planning.
- Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements, if applicable.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records to ensure compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.

Required Qualifications:
- ACCA qualification (either partially qualified or fully qualified).
- 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in basic accounting functions and financial reporting.
- Ability to work in person at the Karachi office.
- Willingness to travel 100% as required by the role.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Xero accounting software is considered a plus and will be advantageous.
