Joyland Ltd is seeking a motivated Accounts Executive to join their team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience and be pursuing professional qualifications such as ICMA, ACCA, or CA. This role involves managing daily accounting tasks, supporting financial operations, and ensuring accurate record-keeping in a dynamic work environment. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to 80,000 and requires the candidate to work on-site in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, and financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payments, and perform bank reconciliations regularly.
- Maintain ledgers and assist with monthly closing activities to ensure financial accuracy.
- Prepare basic financial and management reports to support decision-making.
- Monitor expenses and ensure all financial documentation is properly maintained.
- Assist with payroll processing and other finance-related activities as needed.
- Coordinate effectively with banks, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate smooth financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or completed professional accounting qualifications such as ICMA, ACCA, or CA in process.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in maintaining financial records and handling accounts payable/receivable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
