Accounts Executive

RPK Critter Care & Animal Hospital, located in Karachi, is looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive who combines strong accounting expertise with a genuine passion for pets. This role is designed for a professional comfortable managing financial processes within an animal healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the hospital’s financial operations while contributing to a supportive atmosphere for animal care.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain comprehensive records, ledgers, and financial documentation to ensure transparency.
- Efficiently handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare invoices, expense reports, and financial summaries for management review.
- Assist in payroll processing and maintain up-to-date employee financial records.
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly to keep financial records current.
- Support month-end closing activities and contribute to financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and maintain proper documentation.
- Collaborate with management and other departments on financial matters and queries.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in accounting or finance is preferred to handle the role effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software tools.
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills to manage financial data accurately.
- High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive financial information.
- Comfortable working in an environment with animals such as dogs, cats, and others.
- A genuine love and respect for pets is highly desirable.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
