Accounts Executive

RPK Critter Care & Animal Hospital, located in Karachi, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Executive to join our professional team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting and finance who also has a genuine love for animals. The successful candidate will manage financial processes within a pet-care and animal healthcare setting, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting the overall operations of the hospital.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and financial transactions efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records, ledgers, and all financial documentation.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable with attention to detail.
- Prepare invoices, expense reports, and financial summaries regularly.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial records are up to date.
- Support month-end closing activities and prepare financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and proper documentation.
- Coordinate with management and other departments on financial matters.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Comfortable working around dogs, cats, and other animals.
- Genuine love and respect for pets is highly valued.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
