Accounts Executive

Babji Manufacturing is looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive to join their team on a full-time basis at their Metroville, Site Area location in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. This role operates from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 55,000 to PKR 70,000. The position requires a hands-on approach within a manufacturing environment, contributing effectively to the company’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure the delivery of timely and accurate financial reports.
- Oversee vendor payments, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and on schedule.
- Perform bank reconciliations and handle other critical accounting operations to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as ERP Next, QuickBooks, or SAP is essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, ICMA, or CPA, whether completed or in progress, are highly desirable.
- The role offers additional benefits including a monthly attendance allowance of PKR 2,000 and a fuel allowance of PKR 2,000.
- Employees are also entitled to a yearly bonus and the encashment of up to 10 leaves annually.
