Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting various accounting functions to ensure smooth financial operations. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Karachi Clifton, with a competitive monthly salary starting from Rs40,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily financial records, vouchers, and accounting entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records to support financial transactions.
- Handle bank reconciliations and manage petty cash to maintain financial integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements for management review.
- Maintain accurate records of company expenses and transactions to facilitate audits and reporting.
- Support payroll processing and track employee expenses efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding payments and financial documentation to ensure seamless communication.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably as an Accounts Executive.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software applications.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
