We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support various financial functions including accounting, audit, taxation, management reporting, and lease accounting. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records and preparing timely schedules and reports to meet management and audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fetch, verify, and post financial data across parallel accounting software, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
- Prepare detailed audit information, schedules, and supporting documentation to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Calculate and prepare markup on FOL (FATR) and ensure all related transactions are accurately recorded.
- Prepare advance tax summaries and record corresponding transactions within the accounting system.
- Compile quarterly management accounts along with supporting schedules for internal review.
- Record lease transactions and maintain comprehensive lease schedules and supporting documentation.
- Assist with account reconciliations, financial reporting, and other accounting activities as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to provide required financial information and documentation promptly.
Required Qualifications:
- M.Com, MBA Finance, ACCA part-qualified, CA Inter, ICMA, BBA Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, taxation, audit requirements, and management reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP software.
