Accounts Executive

Logix Contact is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with reconciliations, reporting, and tax-related documentation. This role requires practical accounting experience and the ability to manage routine accounting tasks independently, contributing to the smooth functioning of the finance department.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including vouchers, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
- Maintain precise financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and track expenses efficiently.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and support the monthly financial closing process.
- Coordinate payroll activities and contribute to financial reporting efforts.
- Support tax documentation, filing, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Keep financial records organized and adhere to internal accounting procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounts or finance roles.
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping, ledger management, and account reconciliations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.
- Basic knowledge of taxation and tax documentation; hands-on experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently while maintaining confidentiality.
