Accounts Executive

This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Executive position based in Lahore, working the night shift. The role demands at least one year of practical experience in accounting and account administration, preferably with exposure to international clients. Strong English communication skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of accounting principles. The candidate should be proficient in handling reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, as well as maintaining the general ledger. The position offers a competitive salary range between PKR 50,000 and 80,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Maintain and update the general ledger in compliance with accounting standards.
- Handle account administration duties efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate effectively with international clients and internal teams to resolve accounting queries.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes as required.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience in accounting and account administration.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate with international clients.
- Knowledge of fundamental accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
