Accounts Executive - PostEx

Our client, PostEx, is seeking a skilled Accounts Executive to join their team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in payables and invoice processing, with a preference for those familiar with the logistics industry. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent analytical abilities, and proficiency in accounting software and Excel. The Accounts Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial transactions related to cargo and fleet operations, supporting the finance team with timely and precise reconciliations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify and process cargo and fleet invoices accurately and timely.
- Reconcile vendor invoices against fleet records and payment details to ensure consistency.
- Identify discrepancies, control gaps, and inefficiencies in the invoice processing system.
- Support monthly trip-wise and shipment-wise financial analysis to assist in operational insights.
- Assist in managing monthly accounts related to cargo and fleet payables.
- Conduct branch visits to identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Provide support for process training and undertake additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Accounting & Finance.
- Proven experience in payables and invoice processing.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills to manage complex financial data.
- Proficient knowledge of Excel and general accounting processes.
