Accounts Executive - PostEx

Our client, PostEx, is seeking a skilled Accounts Executive to join their team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in payables and invoice processing, with a preference for those who have worked in the logistics, cargo, or fleet management sectors. This role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting processes and Excel. The position is based at the company’s head office in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify and process cargo and fleet invoices accurately and timely.
- Reconcile vendor invoices with fleet records and payment details to ensure consistency.
- Identify discrepancies, control gaps, and inefficiencies in the invoice processing system.
- Support monthly trip-wise and shipment-wise financial analysis to aid operational insights.
- Assist in managing monthly accounts related to cargo and fleet payables.
- Conduct branch visits to identify process gaps and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
- Support process training initiatives and perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Accounting & Finance.
- Proven experience in payables and invoice processing.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills to manage financial data accurately.
- Good knowledge of Excel and accounting processes to support daily operations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working within the logistics, cargo, or fleet industry is highly desirable, as it will provide valuable context for the role.
