Accounts Executive (Urgent)

This role involves managing and maintaining accurate financial records across three companies, ensuring the integrity of official data for annual accounts and audits. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing account reconciliations, preparing audit documentation, and supporting the accounting team to close accounting periods efficiently. The position requires hands-on work with financial systems and close collaboration with management to meet audit and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and print official data in SysMan for all three companies to generate trial balances for annual accounts.
- Monitor and supervise the work of accounts assistants to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare reconciliations of sales, purchases, and bank statements with NetSuite official data.
- Maintain physical filing of official documents such as CPV, BPV, CRV, BRV, and LC TAG in compliance with audit requirements.
- Conduct sales, purchase, and bank reconciliations against FBR data to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare adjusted stock reports and perform stock valuation for audited accounts.
- Compile and organize audit-related documentation as directed by the Manager Accounts.
- Record adjustment entries related to cash transactions in SysMan for audit purposes, following guidance from the Manager Accounts.
- Make necessary adjustments in the trial balance as required by the department head.
- Close the accounting period after audited accounts have been finalized and issued.

Required Qualifications

- Graduation or higher qualification in any relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a reputable plastic manufacturing company.

Compensation and Work Location

- Monthly salary range: Rs 80,000 to Rs 85,000.
- This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the designated work location.
