Accounts & Finance Manager

Dynamic Tooling Services is seeking a skilled Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee the company’s accounting, taxation, banking, and audit operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing financial processes, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and coordinating audits. This role requires strong leadership to supervise the accounts team and deliver accurate financial reporting to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Filing GST/Sales Tax, Income Tax, and Withholding Tax returns in a timely manner
- Managing monthly and annual financial closing activities
- Coordinating with an external Chartered Accountant (CA) firm for the annual audit process
- Performing bank reconciliations and managing cash flow efficiently
- Handling Letters of Credit (LCs), Telegraphic Transfers (TTs), and foreign remittances
- Overseeing management of receivables, payables, inventory, and import costing
- Supervising and guiding the accounts team to ensure smooth operations
- Preparing comprehensive management reports for senior leadership

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com), MBA in Finance, ACCA, or CMA Intermediate qualification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a CA firm
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a trading, importing, or manufacturing company
- Strong practical knowledge of accounting and finance functions

Required Skills
- Proficiency in using tax portals including FBR IRIS Portal, PRA Portal, and SRB Portal
- Experience with QuickBooks accounting software
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- At least 1 year of experience using QuickBooks is preferred
- Candidates must have independently coordinated and finalized annual audits with external CA firms
- The position is based in Blue Area, Islamabad, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday
- This is an in-person role requiring full-time commitment

Compensation
- Monthly salary range: PKR 120,000 to PKR 140,000
