Accounts & Finance Officer

Karachi Tile Mart (Zilver) is looking for a dedicated Finance Officer to join their team at the G-11 Islamabad office. This full-time role involves managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with relevant financial regulations. The position operates from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and offers a competitive salary range of PKR 60,000 to 70,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily financial operations and prepare timely financial reports to support business activities. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements that assist in strategic decision-making. Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures to optimize the company’s financial performance. Oversee cash flow management, coordinate with banks, and perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Ensure strict compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations. Efficiently manage accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain smooth financial transactions. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and senior management to facilitate smooth financial audits and reporting processes.

Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is essential. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles. A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software applications is necessary. Experience working with ERP systems, particularly Odoo, is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills are important for success in this role.
