Accounts & Finance Oficer

This role involves managing the full spectrum of accounting and financial activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining detailed financial records, overseeing transactions, and supporting the company’s budgeting and compliance efforts. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and proficiency with financial software to contribute effectively to the organization’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations, including recording financial transactions and maintaining ledgers.
- Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Generate monthly financial reports and statements to support management decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and other financial activities to ensure accuracy.
- Handle payroll accounting, including processing deductions and related entries.
- Ensure timely filing of taxes and compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Assist in budgeting processes, financial analysis, and preparation of management reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to company financial policies.
- Perform additional finance and accounting tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, ACCA, CA, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Good understanding of taxation and statutory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with accounting or ERP software.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
