Accounts Intern - Leading to Full Time Job

Mohsyn is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounts Intern to join its Accounts & Finance team at the Naval Anchorage location in Islamabad. This full-time internship is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students seeking practical experience in accounting within a growing organisation. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, recording daily transactions, and ensuring that the organisation’s books of accounts are well-organised and current. Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions, including payments, receipts, invoices, and expenses.
- Maintain accurate and updated books of accounts using accounting software.
- Organise financial documents, invoices, vouchers, and supporting records.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and verification of financial entries.
- Support the Accounts team with basic financial reports and monthly closing activities.
- Identify discrepancies in records and coordinate with the team for corrections.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or final-year student in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organisational skills.
- Willingness to learn accounting software and ERP systems.
- Responsible, dependable, and comfortable working with financial records.
