Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily bookkeeping and ledger entries related to shipments.
- Coordinate with the operations team to validate billing and freight documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of receivables, payables, and vendor settlements.
- Track shipments and help generate financial summaries of shipment costs.
- Communicate with internal teams to reconcile and verify transactions.
- Support the calculation and processing of client and carrier incentives.
- Manage day-to-day documentation processes for ongoing shipments.
Required Qualifications:
- Clear understanding of accounts payable and receivable concepts.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets.
- Confidence and ability to maintain consistent follow-up.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Fresh graduates or current undergraduates who can work night shifts are encouraged to apply.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing near Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi, and those available for on-site night shifts.
- Location: Karachi, Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 12.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
- Stipend ranges from PKR 25,000 to 30,000, based on skills and linguistic proficiency.
