We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage the financial operations of our construction projects. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in accounting within the construction sector, strong analytical abilities, and proven leadership skills to effectively guide the finance team. This role demands accuracy in financial reporting and a proactive approach to budgeting and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities specific to construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with taxation laws, corporate regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Monitor cash flow and overall financial performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions as necessary.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to protect company assets.
- Lead, train, and supervise the accounts department staff to maintain high performance and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA, or CMA are preferred.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, specifically in a similar accounts management role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or ERP systems, along with advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and the capability to meet strict deadlines consistently.

Compensation and Work Environment:
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Gulberg, Lahore. The salary range for this role is between Rs150,000 and Rs200,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
