Accounts Manager (Oracle)

Raaziq Group, a leading and trusted name in customs clearance and logistics services across Pakistan, is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join their Lahore office. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in financial management, accounting operations, and regulatory compliance. This role involves overseeing the full spectrum of accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to manage accounting teams effectively while supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Accounts Department, including supervision, performance management, and development of the accounts team.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions to ensure timely payments, collections, and effective cash flow management, reporting directly to the Head of Department.
- Execute and supervise month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of financial reports.
- Prepare and review financial statements such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements, ensuring adherence to applicable accounting standards.
- Develop management reports, perform financial analysis, and provide performance insights to support senior management and business decision-making.
- Deliver financial presentations and reports for senior management and board meetings.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including income tax, sales tax, and withholding tax; coordinate with tax consultants and authorities during audits and assessments.
- Conduct periodic reconciliations of bank accounts, vendors, customers, intercompany transactions, and foreign associates.
- Lead the finalization of accounts and coordinate with internal and external auditors to resolve audit observations promptly.
- Implement and strengthen financial controls, policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and transparency.
- Manage payments and receivables related to international associates and customers.

Required Qualifications:
- Education: M.Com, MBA, ACCA, CMA, or CA qualified.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP is mandatory.
- Proven capability to manage and lead an accounts team effectively.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Experience:
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably within a corporate environment.
