Accounts Officer

A well-established textile company based in Landhi – Manzil Pump, Karachi, is seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Officer to join their Finance & Accounts team. This role involves managing daily financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records to support the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage comprehensive accounting records
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions efficiently
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and financial reports in a timely manner
- Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger management
- Support the monthly closing process and financial reporting activities
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting data and related documentation

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory; a Master’s degree is preferred
- Proven experience in accounts or finance roles, demonstrating familiarity with accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant financial software
- Strong analytical and numerical skills to interpret financial data accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience in the textile industry will be considered an advantage
- The position requires working on-site at the Landhi – Manzil Pump location in Karachi
