Accounts Officer

We are a UK-based company seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Collection Officer to oversee financial records and support daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong numerical skills and the ability to communicate confidently with international customers, particularly those based in the UK. This role requires accuracy, professionalism, and effective coordination to ensure smooth financial processes and timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and generate reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Prepare invoices and process payments promptly.
- Communicate with UK-based customers through calls and messages to follow up on outstanding payments.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with customers to facilitate smooth payment processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly.
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
- Manage petty cash and track expenses accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills are mandatory.
- Confidence in dealing with international customers, especially from the UK.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Job Details:
- Location: Onsite in Lahore.
- Schedule: 9-hour shift including breaks.
- Working Days: Sunday to Friday.
- Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- Salary Range: Rs50,000 to Rs80,000 per month.
- Work Environment: In person.
