Accounts Officer

Joyland Ltd is seeking a motivated Accounts Officer to join their finance team in Lahore. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience who are eager to develop their accounting skills in a professional environment. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 55,000 and requires in-person attendance at the Lahore office.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and managing financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment records to ensure proper documentation.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance to keep financial records up to date.
- Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing payments to maintain compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all financial documents and records.
- Assist in preparing expense reports and monthly financial statements to support financial reporting.
- Provide support to the finance team during audits and month-end closing activities.
- Perform additional accounting-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support the department’s objectives.

Required Qualifications
- A four-year Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in B.Com, BS Accounting & Finance, or BBA.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant accounting experience are encouraged to apply.
