Accounts Officer (Male)

Enrichers Investment Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Officer to join their finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and record all day-to-day financial transactions, including payables, receivables, and general ledger entries.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly management reports to support business decision-making.
- Regularly reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor company expenditures and assist in tracking budgets to maintain financial control.
- Handle tax calculations, prepare withholding statements, and coordinate with tax consultants to ensure compliance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant financial regulations.
- Provide necessary documentation and support during audits.
- Maintain organized and accurate filing systems for all financial records.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance or B.Com.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software applications.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

This is a full-time, in-person position with a monthly salary of Rs 50,000. The role requires a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time. Candidates must hold at least a bachelor’s degree and be prepared to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
