🚀 We’re Hiring | Accounts Payable Manager The Innovative Solutions is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our growing Finance team and support our U.S.-based operations.
💼 Position: Accounts Payable Manager
📍 Location: I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi — Onsite
🌙 Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM–3:00 AM
📅 Days: Monday–Friday
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable function
✔️ Oversee invoice processing, payments, and vendor reconciliations
✔️ Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
✔️ Monitor AP aging and resolve discrepancies
✔️ Manage AP team performance and daily operations
✔️ Maintain strong vendor relationships and address payment-related queries
✔️ Prepare AP reports and provide financial insights to management
✔️ Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
🔹 Requirements
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
✔️ 4+ years of relevant AP/Accounting experience
✔️ Previous team management experience
✔️ Strong knowledge of AP, reconciliations, invoice processing, and reporting
✔️ Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔️ U.S. accounting/AP experience preferred
