Accounts Receivable Manager

The Innovative Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to join our finance team and support U.S.-based operations. This role is based onsite at I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi, and operates during the night shift from 7 PM to 3 AM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience and a strong background in managing accounts receivable processes within a U.S. business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full cycle of U.S. Accounts Receivable operations, including billing, collections, and cash application. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports, track overdue balances, and ensure collection targets are met consistently. Resolve billing discrepancies, payment disputes, and any customer account issues promptly to maintain accurate financial records. Oversee account reconciliations and prepare detailed AR reports while monitoring key performance indicators such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). Lead and mentor the AR team, coordinating effectively with U.S.-based clients and internal departments to streamline processes. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Required Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential. Candidates should have 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable management, including proven leadership capabilities. A solid understanding of U.S. accounting standards and AR processes is required. Experience with collections, reconciliations, and preparing AR aging reports is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP is expected. Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and leadership abilities are critical to succeed in this role.
