We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis, working the night shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts receivable processes using NetSuite ERP. This role requires strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer accounts and reconciliations efficiently. The position is based in Naval Anchorage, Islamabad, and involves working onsite during evening and night hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and send customer invoices promptly using NetSuite.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and manage the collections process.
- Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts receivable sub-ledger with the general ledger.
- Monitor aging reports to identify overdue balances and initiate collection efforts.
- Work closely with internal departments and external customers to resolve any billing disputes.
- Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports and support the month-end financial closing activities.
- Provide auditors with necessary AR documentation, including schedules and receipts.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in accounts receivable functions.
- Proven hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of double-entry accounting principles, AR workflows, and reconciliation techniques.
- High level of accuracy, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to maintain positive customer relationships.

Work Schedule and Location:
- Night shift hours from 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM until 4:00 AM.
- Onsite work at Naval Anchorage, Islamabad.

Salary:
- The monthly salary range for this position is Rs 180,000 to Rs 200,000.
