Accounts Receivable Specialist – NetSuite (Night Shift)

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis, working the night shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete accounts receivable cycle using NetSuite ERP. This role requires strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer accounts and reconciliations efficiently. The position is based in Naval Anchorage, Islamabad, and involves working onsite during evening and night hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and send customer invoices promptly through NetSuite.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage the collections process to ensure timely payments.
- Apply customer receipts accurately and perform reconciliations between the accounts receivable sub-ledger and the general ledger.
- Monitor aging schedules to identify overdue balances and take necessary actions to recover them.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to resolve any billing disputes or discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports and support the month-end financial closing activities.
- Provide auditors with required accounts receivable documentation, including schedules and receipts, during audits.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of direct experience in accounts receivable functions.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of double-entry accounting principles, accounts receivable workflows, and reconciliation techniques.
- High degree of accuracy, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain positive customer relationships.

Work Schedule and Location:
This is a night shift position with working hours from 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM until 4:00 AM. The role requires physical presence at the office located in Commercial Plaza, Street 2, No: 73, Block D, Naval Anchorage, Islamabad.
