ACE Money Transfer, a leading cross-border remittance company serving migrant communities, is seeking an Acquisition Growth Analyst based in Lahore, Pakistan. This full-time, permanent role reports to the Global Growth Manager within the Growth department. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition through analytical ownership of referral programs, affiliate partnerships, associate channels, and product-led growth initiatives. The role emphasizes not only acquisition volume but also acquisition quality, focusing on metrics such as activation rates, transaction behavior, retention, corridor mix, average transaction value, and fraud detection. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying funnel inefficiencies, designing experiments to address them, and delivering measurable impact to senior leadership. Approximately 75% of the role centers on acquisition and referral economics, with the remaining 25% supporting broader customer lifecycle insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end performance analysis of the Invite a Friend referral program, including invite volume, conversion rates, activation, and transaction volume driven by referrals.
- Model and monitor referral unit economics such as reward costs, customer acquisition cost (CAC), CAC payback period, and lifetime value (LTV) to CAC ratios by corridor.
- Design and evaluate dual-sided incentive structures, including reward tiers, caps, qualification criteria, and payout triggers.
- Measure program virality through metrics like referral participation rate, invites per active customer, K-factor, and viral cycle time.
- Identify and mitigate referral abuse and self-referral patterns in collaboration with Compliance and Business Intelligence teams.
- Analyze affiliate program performance by partner, focusing on traffic, sign-ups, commission costs, customer quality, and payout validation.
- Track associate channel performance, recommend incentive allocations, and identify expansion opportunities based on demand and unit economics.
- Analyze the full acquisition funnel from traffic and app installs to sign-up, KYC completion, and first and second transactions, isolating drop-off points by corridor, device, channel, and cohort.
- Partner with Product teams to reduce friction in registration, verification, and first-send journeys.
- Monitor acquisition performance across paid media, organic, referral, affiliate, associate, and partner channels, maintaining CAC and cost-per-activation reporting.
- Recommend budget and incentive reallocations based on channel performance.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments related to referral mechanics, onboarding, incentives, and in-app prompts.
- Maintain a structured experiment repository for learnings and results.
- Deliver weekly and monthly acquisition insights and executive summaries, clearly communicating data limitations and confidence levels.
- Support wider lifecycle efforts by building behavioral cohorts, flagging churn indicators, contributing to LTV modeling, and coordinating campaign execution and data accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 4 years of experience in customer acquisition, growth analytics, product analytics, or marketing analytics, preferably within fintech, payments, consumer apps, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
- Proven hands-on experience managing acquisition funnels end-to-end, from traffic generation to activation and first transaction.
- Demonstrated track record of measurable improvements in acquisition volume, conversion rates, or CAC efficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, cohort analysis, and financial modeling of unit economics.
- Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, conversion rate optimization, cohort analysis, retention curves, CAC, and LTV.
- Practical experience with A/B testing and experiment design, including statistical significance and sample sizing.
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and effectively communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience with referral programs, invite-a-friend mechanics, affiliate or partner programs, loyalty or rewards programs, or incentive-led acquisition channels.
- Background in remittance, cross-border payments, digital wallets, neobanking, or regulated financial products.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as GA4, Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or CleverTap.
- Experience with BI and visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Metabase.
- Knowledge of CRM and campaign platforms including Braze, CleverTap, MoEngage, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Skills in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Exposure to incentive fraud detection or promotional abuse analysis.

Success will be measured by improvements in referral-driven customer volume, CAC efficiency, conversion rates, and the quality and throughput of growth experiments.
