We are seeking a reliable, well-organized, and proactive Admin Intern to support the efficient operation of our daily office activities. The ideal candidate will assist in managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with staff and vendors, and providing essential support to management. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple responsibilities and contribute to a smooth office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative and office operations efficiently.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital files, records, and documentation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other official correspondence professionally.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for staff and management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other office documents as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate timely procurement to avoid shortages.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external parties to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and proper documentation of all administrative activities.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and other organizational activities.
- Provide general administrative support to staff and management as required.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, or a relevant field.
- Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

This is a full-time position based at Aptech Metro Star Gate Center, Karachi. The working hours are either from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM or from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The role requires in-person attendance and offers a starting salary of Rs30,000 per month.
