Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all admissions strictly adhere to the admission and advance policies.
- Collaborate with Medical Services to fulfill all legal requirements related to the admissions process.
- Facilitate patient admissions while taking into account their financial circumstances.
- Verify compliance with all relevant procedures throughout the admission process.
- Exercise authority and oversight in handling accidental, critical, political, or deceased individual cases when present.
- Develop and implement a security plan based on hospital protocols to ensure safety and security.
Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate education level is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of leadership experience within a hospital or healthcare environment.
