Transparent Hands Foundation is seeking a responsible and organized Admin Officer to oversee the daily administrative operations of its Health Center. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination among patients, doctors, medical staff, and management while maintaining an efficient and welcoming environment. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily administrative functions of the Health Center to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, medical staff, patients, and support personnel.
- Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, medical records, and other basic administrative documentation.
- Ensure the clinic remains clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Monitor staff attendance, manage schedules, and oversee daily activities.
- Maintain inventory of office and clinic supplies and coordinate timely procurement to avoid shortages.
- Address routine administrative issues and escalate them to management when necessary.
- Prepare daily and weekly administrative reports as required by the management team.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Liaise with the Head Office on administrative, HR, finance, and operational matters.
- Foster a professional and welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a clinic, hospital, healthcare facility, or similar environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with basic administrative systems.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and a patient-friendly attitude.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working in healthcare administration is highly valued.
- The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000.
- This is a full-time, in-person role based in Kahana, Lahore.
