Pakistan Digital Authority is seeking a dedicated Admin Officer to join its team in Islamabad. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, facility operations, asset and inventory control, and overall workplace logistics to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. The Admin Officer will coordinate vendor relations, office maintenance, official travel arrangements, and documentation processes while adhering to internal policies, procurement regulations, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily administrative and operational activities across the Authority.
- Manage official files, correspondence, and cases using the e-Office system.
- Assist in drafting summaries, notes for approval, letters, office orders, memoranda, and other official documents.
- Facilitate procurement processes by preparing necessary documentation, quotations, and comparative statements.
- Maintain accurate records related to procurement, contracts, vendors, inventory, and administrative matters.
- Process and verify administrative bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate routine transportation, official travel, air ticketing, hotel accommodations, and other logistical needs.
- Oversee management of official vehicles, drivers, office facilities, maintenance, and related support services.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to fulfill routine administrative requirements.
- Assist in addressing audit observations by compiling relevant records and documentation for compliance purposes.
- Ensure proper filing, record management, and tracking of administrative cases and correspondence.
- Perform additional administrative or operational duties as assigned by the Admin Lead or competent authority.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in administration, facilities management, office operations, or related support functions.
- Experience in asset and inventory management, vendor coordination, and administrative record keeping is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with public sector procedures, including PPRA requirements and HSE guidelines, will be considered an advantage.
