Admin Officer

This role involves managing and preparing various administrative reports on a daily and monthly basis, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth operational flow. The candidate will be responsible for operating computerized weight scales for both inward and outward vehicles, accurately measuring raw materials, and preparing gate passes based on these measurements. Close coordination with HR and the admin team is essential to address labor-related issues effectively. Additionally, the position requires overseeing factory security and janitorial staff, verifying biometric attendance and overtime records, and enrolling workers into HRM software and biometric attendance systems. The role demands flexibility to undertake any other tasks assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and prepare various administrative reports on a daily and monthly basis.
- Operate computerized weight scales for inward and outward vehicles to measure raw materials accurately.
- Prepare computerized inward and outward gate passes based on weight scale measurements.
- Generate daily weight scale reports for management review.
- Communicate and coordinate with HR and admin teams to resolve labor-related issues promptly.
- Verify biometric attendance and overtime records to ensure accuracy.
- Supervise factory security personnel and janitorial staff, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Enroll workers in HRM software and biometric attendance machines to maintain up-to-date records.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management to support operational efficiency.
