ADMISSION & COUNSELLING OFFICER

Nexskill is seeking a dynamic and motivated Admission & Counselling Officer to join our team at the Garden Town Head Office in Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in guiding prospective students through their educational journey by providing detailed information about courses and career opportunities. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to handling inquiries, and the ability to meet admission targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding available courses and potential career paths.
- Manage admission inquiries received via phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins efficiently.
- Follow up with leads promptly and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student inquiries and admissions.
- Achieve monthly targets related to admissions and enrollments.
- Collaborate closely with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Strong communication and counselling skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Urdu.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication abilities are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
