The Admission Processing Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Faisalabad District. This role involves managing the entire admission process for learners applying to international institutions. Key duties include preparing applications, verifying documentation, and ensuring timely submission. The officer is responsible for maintaining accurate records, tracking application statuses, and regularly updating learners on their progress and next steps. Collaboration with consultants, partner institutions, and learners is essential to meet all requirements, observe deadlines, and promptly resolve any queries. Daily tasks also include responding to inquiries, reviewing eligibility criteria, coordinating with universities, and providing clear guidance to learners and their families throughout the admission journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end admission procedures for international education applications, including preparation, verification, and submission of documents.
- Maintain accurate records and track the status of each application to ensure timely processing.
- Communicate regularly with learners to update them on application progress and next steps.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, partner institutions, and learners to fulfill all admission requirements and meet deadlines.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from learners and families, providing clear and accurate information.
- Review applicant eligibility and coordinate with universities to resolve any issues or additional requirements.
- Provide transparent guidance and support throughout the admission process to ensure a smooth experience for all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to effectively interact with learners, families, and partner institutions.
- Knowledge of international admissions processes and awareness of the education sector to accurately process applications and advise on study options.
