Admissions & FrontDesk Officer - Kamalia Campus

COTHM Kamalia Campus is seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team to oversee admissions, manage student follow-ups, and handle front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be energetic, responsible, and capable of maintaining smooth day-to-day admission activities while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to coordinate effectively with students, parents, and campus staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire admissions process, including counseling prospective students about available programs.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain regular communication with prospective students and their parents.
- Handle all front desk operations and respond promptly to student and parent inquiries.
- Maintain accurate admission records and update the admissions database regularly.
- Coordinate effectively with students, parents, and campus staff to ensure a seamless admission experience.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly admission reports to track progress and meet targets.
- Achieve set admission targets consistently through proactive outreach and counseling.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in admissions or front desk operations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with students and parents.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to handle queries professionally.
- Proven ability to follow up diligently and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
- Target-oriented approach with a responsible and professional attitude.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates with prior experience in educational institutions or similar environments will be preferred.
- The position offers a competitive salary range of Rs20,331.04 to Rs58,934.91 per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
