We are seeking a motivated and professional Admissions Officer to join the COTHM Gujrat Campus team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire admissions process, maintaining effective communication with prospective students and their families, and ensuring smooth day-to-day admission operations. This role requires a target-driven individual who can efficiently handle follow-ups, coordinate with various stakeholders, and contribute to achieving the campus enrollment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage admissions processes and conduct timely follow-ups with prospective students.
- Achieve and exceed admission targets set by the campus.
- Counsel prospective students regarding available programs and guide them through the admission requirements.
- Address and resolve queries from students and parents professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate admission records and update the admissions database regularly.
- Coordinate effectively with students, parents, and campus staff to ensure seamless communication.
- Conduct calls and follow-ups to engage prospective students and encourage enrollment.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly admission reports to track progress and outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the admissions or education sector.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust.
- Demonstrated ability to follow up persistently and coordinate tasks efficiently.
- Target-oriented mindset with a responsible and professional attitude.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working in an educational institution or admissions office is highly desirable.
