The Admissions Officer position is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi. This role involves guiding prospective students through the entire international admissions process, from initial counseling and application preparation to document review and submission to partner institutions. The Admissions Officer will conduct consultations, respond promptly to student inquiries, maintain accurate records, and provide timely updates on application statuses. Additionally, the role requires coordination with overseas institutions to explain entry requirements, scholarship opportunities, and visa procedures, ensuring students fully understand their options and timelines. Collaboration with colleagues to support outreach activities, information sessions, and follow-up communications is also an essential part of delivering a positive and professional experience for every student.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide prospective students through counseling, application preparation, and submission processes.
- Conduct consultations and respond to student inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
- Provide timely updates on application progress and statuses.
- Coordinate with partner institutions regarding admission requirements, scholarships, and visa processes.
