The Admissions Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi. This position involves supporting prospective students from their initial inquiries through to the completion of their applications. The Admissions Officer will assess eligibility, review and verify application documents, and provide accurate information regarding programs and entry requirements. Maintaining timely and clear communication with applicants and partner institutions is essential to ensure a smooth admissions process. Daily responsibilities include managing admissions records and fostering a positive, efficient experience for all applicants. Additionally, the role may require participation in outreach activities, conducting information sessions, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance admissions workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide prospective students through the admissions process, including eligibility assessments and application completion.
- Review and verify applicant documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with program requirements.
- Provide clear and accurate information about academic programs, entry criteria, and institutional policies.
- Maintain consistent and timely communication with applicants and partner institutions to facilitate smooth admissions.
- Manage and update admissions records using CRM or admissions management tools.
- Support outreach initiatives and participate in information sessions to promote educational opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline admissions procedures and improve overall efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to effectively engage with prospective students and their families.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining admissions requirements and processes clearly.
- Knowledge of international admissions and education systems to advise applicants on global study options and institutional standards.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM or admissions management software to manage applications and records efficiently.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Karachi, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
