- Represent IMC and its MHPSS programs at relevant national and international conferences and meetings to enhance visibility.

- Support teams remotely and through frequent field visits to provide hands-on technical assistance.

- Provide regular reports and updates to the TU Senior Global MHPSS Advisor and regional Senior Director, maintaining ongoing communication regarding planning, methodologies, tools, and progress.

- Deliver detailed field visit reports including situational analyses, descriptions of assisted programs, support provided, and recommendations for improvement. Include annexes with all work products such as new or improved MHPSS tools developed during assignments.

- Perform additional duties as assigned, recognizing that responsibilities may evolve based on organizational needs.
