Aware2Act Youth is a dynamic, youth-led organization dedicated to bridging awareness gaps in health, climate, and social issues. As an Advisory Board Member, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of programs focused on health, climate, and social awareness. This volunteer position requires active participation in regular on-site meetings in Pakistan, where you will review ongoing initiatives and provide valuable input on organizational priorities and resource allocation. Your guidance will help ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the organization’s efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice and support in planning, evaluating, and enhancing projects related to health, climate, and social issues.
- Contribute to fundraising efforts and partnership development by sharing expertise and engaging in donor relations.
- Advise on communication strategies, outreach, branding, and impact measurement to maximize community engagement.
- Mentor youth leaders by sharing knowledge and experience to build their capacity and leadership skills.
- Assist in strengthening governance structures and promoting organizational sustainability.
- Participate actively in on-site meetings and collaborate closely with the team and stakeholders in Pakistan.

Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to apply finance and fundraising skills, including budgeting, resource planning, and donor engagement.
- Strong analytical and research skills to support evidence-based decision-making and program design.
- Experience in marketing to guide communication, branding, and community outreach strategies.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a capacity to mentor and work effectively alongside young leaders.
- Willingness and commitment to contribute time on a volunteer basis and participate in on-site activities in Pakistan.
