AESTHETIC PRACTITIONER DOCTORS

We are seeking a qualified medical professional to join our team as an Aesthetic Practitioner. The ideal candidate will conduct patient consultations, assess suitability for aesthetic treatments, and perform approved procedures within their scope of practice. This role requires a strong commitment to patient safety, ethical standards, and regulatory compliance, ensuring high-quality care and positive patient outcomes. The position is based on-site and offers a competitive hourly pay rate.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough patient consultations to evaluate suitability for various aesthetic treatments.
- Perform aesthetic procedures that align with the practitioner’s qualifications, competence, and authorized scope of practice.
- Develop personalized skincare and treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including informed consent and treatment documentation.
- Adhere strictly to infection-control protocols, clinical safety standards, and all relevant healthcare regulations.
- Provide clear post-treatment guidance and ensure appropriate follow-up care is arranged.
- Uphold professional ethics, maintain patient confidentiality, and deliver care that meets high standards of quality.

Required Qualifications

- MBBS degree with valid PMDC registration.
- Relevant training, certification, and hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine or dermatology-related procedures.
- Strong clinical judgment coupled with excellent communication and patient management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, ethical medical practice, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Previous experience working in dermatology, skincare, or aesthetic clinics will be considered an advantage.
- Competitive compensation ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs70,000 per hour.
- This is an in-person role, providing direct patient interaction and hands-on clinical practice.
