After Sales Support Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated Aftersales Support Engineer with experience in the solar industry to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and a solid technical background in solar projects. Experience with hybrid solar systems will be considered an advantage. This is a full-time, in-person role offering a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and aftersales service for solar projects, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to solar installations and equipment. Troubleshoot problems effectively and collaborate closely with project teams to maintain smooth operation and upkeep of solar systems. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to address their concerns and deliver prompt solutions. Additionally, assist in the implementation and monitoring of hybrid solar projects when applicable.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have prior experience working in the solar industry, demonstrating strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems and project workflows. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact with clients and internal teams effectively. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is required to manage responsibilities efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with hybrid solar projects is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage. This position offers full-time employment with a monthly salary in the range of Rs 50,000 to Rs 60,000. The role requires working on-site, providing hands-on involvement with ongoing projects and direct client interaction.
