Agentic Engineer - Automation

We develop turnkey automation and integration solutions focused on business messaging channels such as WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and Instagram. These solutions are seamlessly connected to telecom infrastructure and data systems, enabling us to provide fully managed services to clients worldwide. In this role, you will take ownership of complex problems—whether internal or client-driven—and deliver end-to-end solutions. This includes designing automation workflows, integrating databases and APIs, testing thoroughly, deploying the solution, and validating its success. You will leverage AI tools actively in the build process, collaborate closely with backend teams to ensure robustness, and engage directly with clients when necessary. The emphasis is on hands-on technical delivery combined with client-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automations and database integrations across multiple messaging platforms.
- Integrate telecom infrastructure and data systems to create comprehensive, turnkey solutions.
- Conduct client discovery sessions, deliver solutions, document processes, and demonstrate impact using measurable results.
- Collaborate with backend teams to transition proofs of concept (POCs) into production environments, ensuring thorough testing before user deployment.
- Develop reusable components and frameworks to streamline future projects.

Required Qualifications
- Proficient English communication skills and the ability to produce clear, concise documentation are essential.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools not just for drafting but for actual solution development and deployment.
- Competency in reading and writing SQL, as well as independently integrating APIs, SDKs, and webhooks.
- Strong sense of ownership, driving problems from initial concept through POC to live deployment without passing tasks along.
- Self-motivated and capable of learning new platforms and technologies independently, with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and Instagram messaging platforms.
- Familiarity with BigQuery or other business intelligence tools.
- Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of WebRTC, voice, telephony systems, or multi-tenant SaaS delivery models.
- The role values practical delivery over coding expertise alone; a combination of AI, no-code, and light coding that results in tested, client-ready solutions is encouraged.
