The Agentic Support Engineer will play a critical role in supporting customers who integrate and operate ID Privacy AI’s private models, agentic RAG solutions, and serverless APIs. This remote contract position involves troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing system logs, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to address configuration, performance, and deployment challenges. The engineer will assist with customer onboarding, document best practices, and develop technical support materials to help clients design secure, privacy-centric AI workflows. Monitoring support queues, prioritizing requests, and communicating clearly about issue status and resolutions are key daily responsibilities. The role demands a collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across multiple time zones in a fully distributed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance for customers integrating private AI models, agentic RAG pipelines, and serverless APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration, deployment, and performance issues by analyzing logs and system behavior.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Assist with customer onboarding and create detailed documentation and best practices for AI workflow design.
- Monitor support queues, prioritize incoming requests, and maintain clear communication regarding issue status and resolutions.
- Develop and maintain technical support resources to improve customer experience and platform usability.
- Work flexibly across time zones to support a global, remote customer base.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in technical support and troubleshooting for APIs, cloud services, and AI/ML platforms.
- Familiarity with agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, and the deployment or integration of custom AI models.
- Proficiency with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure, including serverless and container-based deployments.
- Solid understanding of data privacy principles, security best practices, and encryption within enterprise environments.
- Ability to read and interpret logs, use monitoring tools, and perform root cause analysis on production issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, and customer success teams in a remote-first setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
