Agile Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Agile Product Manager to lead the product outcomes of AI engagements. This role requires translating business objectives into prioritized, testable backlogs and driving successful adoption across projects. The ideal candidate will manage AI product roadmaps, lead discovery and prioritization efforts, coordinate delivery teams, manage client expectations, and ensure measurable business value from proof of concept (PoC) through scaling phases.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and prioritize product backlogs based on value, feasibility, and risk, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage AI product roadmaps and lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and prioritization sessions.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to ensure timely and quality execution of AI initiatives.
- Oversee the AI delivery lifecycle, including data readiness, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and adoption.
- Translate business outcomes into AI use cases, acceptance criteria, success thresholds, and measurable results.
- Manage AI product releases across PoC, pilot, and scale stages, balancing scope, timelines, and delivery risks.
- Address client expectations proactively, especially in environments with uncertain model performance.
- Ensure compliance with AI evaluation, observability, responsible AI principles, privacy, and governance standards.
- Drive change management efforts, including user adoption strategies, training, and rollout of AI solutions.
- Apply a data-literate approach to outcome measurement, instrumentation, adoption metrics, and benefit tracking.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, challenge scope when necessary, and facilitate decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in product management or product ownership, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML or data-intensive products.
- Strong expertise in Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Deep understanding of the AI delivery lifecycle and data integration requirements alongside AI/model development.
- Proven ability to manage complex product backlogs and prioritize tasks based on business impact.
- Excellent discovery and facilitation skills, including conducting workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
