We are looking for a skilled and passionate Agricultural Scientist specializing in soil and plant sciences to join our client’s team as an AI Trainer. This remote, hourly contract position offers the opportunity to apply your scientific expertise to the development and enhancement of artificial intelligence models in agricultural technology. Your role will be critical in ensuring that AI systems accurately represent real-world agricultural practices, soil management techniques, and crop science research, ultimately supporting innovation in the agriculture sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI development teams to provide domain expertise in soil and plant sciences.
- Review and validate data sets related to soil properties, crop growth, and agricultural practices to improve AI model accuracy.
- Assist in training AI algorithms by supplying expert knowledge on soil health, nutrient cycles, and plant physiology.

- Familiarity with AI concepts and a willingness to engage in technology-driven projects.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
