Star Solutions is looking for a creative, motivated, and results-driven AI Ads & Social Media Growth Specialist to help grow our business through digital advertising, social media marketing, and AI-powered content creation.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, AI tools, and digital marketing strategies. We are looking for someone who can develop engaging ad creatives, manage advertising campaigns, analyze performance, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Use AI tools to create engaging marketing videos, images, ad creatives, and promotional content.
Research target audiences, competitors, and market trends.
Develop advertising strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
Test different ad creatives, headlines, audiences, and campaign strategies to improve results.
Monitor campaign performance, including reach, impressions, clicks, conversions, and advertising costs.
Optimize campaigns based on performance data and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the team to develop new advertising ideas and social media growth strategies.
Stay updated with the latest AI tools, advertising trends, and digital marketing techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic to good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation and marketing.
Understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and ad performance metrics.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Ability to analyze campaign results and recommend improvements.
Willingness to learn new tools, test strategies, and improve performance.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience running Meta Ads or TikTok Ads campaigns.
Experience creating short-form video advertisements for social media.
Familiarity with AI tools for video editing, image generation, copywriting, and marketing automation.
A portfolio of previous advertising campaigns or creative work is an advantage.
