AI Architect

We are seeking a seasoned AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable AI and machine learning solutions. This role requires defining comprehensive AI strategies, creating end-to-end AI architectures, and integrating AI capabilities seamlessly with enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will guide technical teams to deliver secure, high-performing, and scalable AI solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust AI and machine learning architectures that support enterprise-scale solutions.
- Define AI strategies and roadmaps to drive innovation and business value.
- Lead the integration of AI capabilities with existing enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the AI solution lifecycle.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to ensure the adoption of best practices.
- Oversee model development, deployment, optimization, and monitoring, ensuring scalability and security.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and other technical teams to align AI initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Manage MLOps processes, including model lifecycle management and operational monitoring.
- Design and maintain data pipelines, databases, and system integrations critical to AI workflows.
- Utilize expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and related AI technologies to build advanced solutions.

Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or related technology fields.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions and architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and machine learning frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with familiarity in AI/ML libraries and tools.
- Experience working with LLM APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
- Deep understanding of MLOps practices, including deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI models.
- Expertise in integrating AI solutions within cloud or enterprise environments, ensuring scalability and security.
- Solid knowledge of data pipelines, API integrations, databases, and system security considerations.
- Ability to define technical architectures and provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
